Hi! I'm Chelsea Palmer, the Office Manager at Trautman Agency. With over a year of experience in real estate, I specialize in organization and planning, processes, contracts, bookkeeping, and team development. My role allows me to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our team and clients have the best experience possible.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than a decade in the food service industry, gaining valuable leadership and operational skills. As a lifelong resident of the area, I have deep roots in Champaign-Urbana. You might know me from my family's businesses, Central Illinois Produce and Central Illinois Bakehouse.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom to two amazing kids, and a dog mom to our husky. Balancing family life and a career has taught me the importance of time management, efficiency, and adaptability—skills I bring to my work every day.
